Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech/clinical supply chain operations.
• 3+ years managing clinical supply chain activities for global trials.
• Knowledge of forecasting, inventory, distribution, and site support.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and global regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary clinical supply chain contact for late-stage/Phase III sites and partners.
• Oversee shipments, delivery status, dose scheduling and stock continuity to support patient treatment.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution with QA, Clinical Ops, Logistics, Manufacturing and external partners.
• Lead issue management and CAPA closures with logistics teams.
• Collect and analyze site feedback and operational trends for continuous improvement.
• Present performance metrics, escalations, risks, and mitigation plans to study teams.
• Identify process improvements to improve reliability, service levels, and site satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
