Apple Health is seeking a strategic Clinical Study Operations Engineering Program Manager to oversee its study portfolio, onboarding global CROs, and directing day-to-day study operations in Sunnyvale.

You will map recruitment strategies, leverage analytics to extract insights, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, clinical, legal, and business development. This hybrid role requires travel and a proven health-tech leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in clinical project management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience onboarding global CROs and vendors.
• Ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication to executive leadership.
• Onsite availability and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Onboard CROs and align global recruitment partners.
• Develop end-to-end recruitment strategies with analytics.
• Map US recruitment practices to OUS regions.
• Define study analytics metrics and dashboards.
• Govern data management across teams and CROs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, clinical, legal, and BD.
