Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Senior Manager Global Clinical Strategy to lead creation and execution of clinical and economic evidence strategies for market access and adoption in the Knee Robotics franchise. You will partner with global and regional teams, regulators, and external collaborators to optimize evidence generation and support regulatory submissions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep scientific writing, and experience in orthopaedics, with responsibility for PMCF, MDR readiness,

Qualifications

• BS or MS with relevant field experience in engineering, design, scientific, clinical subjects.
• Minimum 3 years of direct management experience.
• Experience in orthopaedics and communicating complex concepts effectively.
• Ability to negotiate and build evidence strategies for product reimbursement.
• Experience presenting deep scientific topics to highly technical audiences.
• Strong time management and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives high-impact clinical and health-economic evidence strategies for Knee Robotics portfolio.
• Supports new product development with evidence strategy and regulatory submissions.
• Leads PMCF activities and MDR readiness for regulatory compliance.
• Engages with KOLs and research centers to advance partnerships.
• Manages team, budgets, stakeholder alignment, and internal SOPs.
