Job summary

Smith+Nap in the United States seeks a Senior Manager Global Clinical Strategy to lead clinical and economic evidence strategies for market access and product adoption in Knee Robotics. You will partner with global and regional teams, regulatory and external partners to define and execute evidence plans supporting regulatory submissions and reimbursement.

You will drive PMCF activities, MDR readiness, and engage with KOLs and research centers, ensuring compliant, timely delivery of evidence

Qualifications

BS or MS with healthcare/science background and 7/3 years of leadership experience.
Experience in orthopaedics and clinical/economic evidence development.
Ability to communicate complex concepts and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience in creating evidence strategies to support product reimbursement and market access.
Experience presenting scientific topics to expert audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead high impact pivotal initiatives across Orthopaedics portfolio.
Develop evidence strategies including publication plans and conference submissions.
Drive PMCF activities and MDR readiness; ensure timely reporting.
Engage with KOLs and research centers; manage external partnerships.
Support regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory authorities.
Present progress to leadership and contribute to SOPs and processes.
