Qualifications

• Advanced degree with extensive experience in clinical research and development.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional and senior project teams.
• Deep knowledge of drug development processes, GCP/ICH, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Clinical Research & Development strategies with global goals and product vision.
• Oversee studies ensuring scientific rigor, commercial viability, and patient-centric focus.
• Identify resource needs and secure talent for flexible, timely teams.
• Provide input on best practices, technologies, and global clinical strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, timelines, risk management, and escalation of issues.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with CROs and external providers.
• Drive regulatory submissions and participate in defense/approval processes.
• Mentor and develop line management and project teams; support succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and regulatory guidelines.
