Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a senior clinical operations leader to drive cross-functional study teams and external CRO partnerships. The role oversees study start-up through CSR, ensuring adherence to GCPs, SOPs, and project timelines across global clinical trials.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and site selection while collaborating with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and data management teams. The position requires 3+ years in clinical research, strong leadership, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or medical graduate preferred
• Minimum 3 years in clinical research with international trials
• Experience managing relationships with CROs/SPs
• Strong leadership and team management in a matrix environment
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional clinical study teams and CROs
• Define strategic operational direction with CDPD
• Oversee study start-up to CSR per GCPs and SOPs
• Manage study budgets, forecasting, and vendor oversight
• Coordinate site feasibility and investigator selection with affiliates
