Job summary

Gilead Sciences Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to oversee worldwide Phase I–IV trials across therapeutic areas. Hybrid role with on-site days Tue–Thu, ensuring trials meet SOPs and regulatory guidelines while supporting global registration and commercialization.

You will manage resources, budgets and timelines, lead SMTs, and drive process improvements within a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or RN with 8+ years’ relevant clinical or related experience in life sciences.
• MA/MS/PharmD/PhD with 6+ years’ relevant clinical or related experience in life sciences.
• Minimum of 4 years’ cross-functional study management or related leadership experience in life sciences, including managing study teams.
• Experience developing RFPs and oversight of CROs or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing financial oversight of clinical trials/programs assigned.
• Leads cross-functional Study Management Teams (SMTs) and influences stakeholders.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and budgets.
• Escalates issues and communicates project status to stakeholders.
• Participates in development of study-related documentation and SOPs.
• Oversees selection and management of CROs/vendors and drafting RFPs.
