Ideal candidates possess 15+ years in clinical research IT, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record of modernizing operations through scalable tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in clinical research IT/informatics or clinical data management (pharma experience preferred).
• Expertise in core clinical operations systems and data platforms (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, RTSM).
• Robust understanding of system validation, data integrity, and regulated system expectations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex programs with strong stakeholder influence.
• Strategic, innovative mindset to modernize research operations using technology, data, and AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partner with multi-year capability roadmaps to drive operational excellence.
• Clinical systems stewardship—governance of operations technologies and system enhancements.
• Data & AI strategy development to promote AI/ML solutions and automated data processing.
• Compliance, security & governance ensuring adherence to FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Vendor management and budgeting with long-term roadmap oversight and performance metrics.
