Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Global Clinical Development with immunology expertise to lead strategy across multiple programs. You will guide cross‑functional teams, ensure rigorous trial design and data interpretation, and oversee regulatory submissions for NDA/BLA filings.

This role requires deep knowledge of drug development, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across regulatory and clinical domains in a global environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with immunology/rheumatology/dermatology background; supplementary degrees are a plus.
• Minimum five years clinical research experience post academia.
• Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine and related disciplines.
• Experience with global regulatory filings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development strategy and execution for assigned programs.
• Provide medical leadership to cross-functional study teams and ensure high-quality trial design.
• Lead development of regulatory documents and interact with health authorities.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development activities.
