Job summary

Clinovo, a leading clinical research organization, seeks a senior data management leader to oversee multiple trials. You will drive CDM strategies, develop eCRFs and DMPs, and ensure regulatory-compliant data deliverables across global studies.

The role requires expert knowledge of CDISC standards, EDC systems, and vendor management, with strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and optimize data quality and study timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of industry experience in clinical data management.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards (CDASH/SDTM) and regulatory guidelines.
• Expert proficiency with EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Veeva).
• Proven leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Clinical Data Management tasks for projects, including DMPs and CRFs.
• Oversee EDMS implementations and data processing within timelines and budgets.
• Manage external vendors/CROs to ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure SOP/GCP compliance and support audits.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in process improvements.
• Represent data management in steering meetings and report risks.
