Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities across global studies, ensuring quality and timeliness in deliverables.

You will oversee startup, conduct, and close-out phases, manage resources and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data integrity and regulatory readiness.

Promote process improvements, mentor DM staff, and support sponsor audits to ensure excellent data standards and trial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical data management or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and related documents (protocols, SAPs, CRFs).

Responsibilities

• Provide independent leadership of data management services across global projects.
• Ensure resources, budgets and timelines for DM activities are met.
• Prepare DM trial documentation (DMP, DB specifications, edit check specs).
• Ensure effective UAT is performed.
• Oversee data cleaning activities and reconciliation outputs.
• Produce metrics to monitor trial progress and database lock timelines.
• Represent DM in sponsor meetings and audits.
• Mentor and train other members of the DM team.
