Job summary

Spring Health is seeking independently licensed mental health professionals to join our Global Clinical Operations team, supporting members outside the United States in the APAC and EU regions. English is required and additional languages are a plus. Some holiday coverage and on-call rotation may be necessary.

You will maintain Clinical Care Navigator calls, assist with outreach, mentor new hires, monitor system views, and contribute to crisis support and process improvements.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LICSW independent licensure required.
• 3+ years of mental health/substance use disorder experience.
• Crisis line experience required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Clinical Care Navigator calls and activities.
• Provides after-hours support and crisis coordination.
• Coordinates training and mentoring of new hires.
• Supports care operations teams and monitors multiple system views.
• Ensures confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
