Spring Health is seeking a Global Care Navigator to enhance the mental health care experience for our members. The role is remote, and requires a Master's degree along with licensure as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist. Bilingual proficiency in English and Dutch is essential, with additional language skills being a plus.

The Navigator will assist members in navigating their mental health journey, coordinating care, and ensuring satisfaction. Participants will thrive in a dynamic environment committed to providing impactful mental health support.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Dutch.
• 2+ years of direct clinical care experience required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Assist members throughout their mental health care journey.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and develop action plans.
• Manage care coordination, including scheduling and troubleshooting tech issues.
