Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors invites undergrad or graduate students to join a 2027 summer internship in its Global Client Group’s Operations. This nine-week, in-person program exposes interns to Analyst day-to-day work in client reporting, due diligence questionnaires, reconciliations, and information requests to support client relationships.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or specialized master’s degree with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• GPA minimum 3.2; coursework in information systems, computer science, or finance/accounting preferred.
• Documented analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to gather requirements amid ambiguity.
• Interpersonal communication, verbal and written skills.
• Team oriented—works well in teams and independently.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day responsibilities and tasks largely based on direction.
• Provide quality control for client reports, requests, and support daily activities.
• Database maintenance and compilation of business statistics.
• Proactively communicate needs, challenges, and capacity.
• Develop a robust understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy and process.
• Basic understanding of underlying systems used to generate standard reporting.
• Seek opportunities for professional development.
• Effectively communicate project activities in small forums and team meetings.
