Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with a target graduation date of May 2028.
• Majors: Business, Risk Management, or Liberal Arts.
• Going into senior year in Fall 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in time management and Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with colleagues and learn from WTW senior leadership.
• Gain exposure to client accounts from Fortune 500 to local businesses.
• Collaborate with intern class on priority projects.
• Support development and implementation of new strategies and products.
• Learn WTW analytic models and participate in professional development training.
