LinkedIn is seeking a Global Client Director to lead our most strategic Talent Solutions accounts from a hybrid model in the US. You will advise executives, coordinate global sales motions, and partner with product teams to drive transformational value for Fortune 500 clients.

We are looking for a Global Client Director to join our team as a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our largest, and often most challenging global customers, while consistently exceeding targets. You willbe responsible forhelpingour customers effectively engage withourTalent solutions (Talent and Learning). You will build andmaintainstrong professional relationships with our largest global customers by conducting executive-level discussions and negotiations related to transforming client business through the LinkedIn platform.Internally, you will lead the strategy for some of our largest global accounts by coordinating global sales motions across your extended team. You will inspire and partner with other global sales professionals and cross functional partners to best support our largest clients.
You will advise executive customers on industry trends, act as a liaison between customers and LinkedIn product teams, and, ultimately, havecustomers invest in new LinkedIn solutions, which willbenefitboth the customer and LinkedIn.
This is a highly collaborative role which requires global vision, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for building strong and lasting relationships which allow our largest customers to be and to feel successful with LinkedIn products and solutions.You will take a consultative approach and deeply understand the client business.
Establish trusted executive-level relationships with CMOs, COOs, CHROs and other CXO level client leaders based on an ability to provide LinkedIn and industry insights
Exhibit deep and up-to-date knowledge of the entire suite of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Talent and Learning) to apply and communicate solutionsexpertiseof new products, features, and enhancements
Conduct/Lead regular business reviews to ensure that LinkedIn’s value propositionremainsstrong to your customers and that your teamremainsaligned with relevant customer business challenges and initiatives.
Expand and develop our global account footprint by making compelling recommendations foradditionalinvestments in LinkedIn
Build strategic account plans for your named accounts thatidentifykey company strategy, relevant macroeconomic factors, key decision-makers, buying processes, current investment, productutilization, and new revenue opportunities
Understand where the global opportunity exists within each account across all LI Talent Solutions
Lead and inspire global cross-functional team of subject matter experts to support your accounts to drive and execute on the global sales strategy
Think and execute globally when working with clients, collaborating effectively with both your internal and client teams to drive value.
Develop the next generation of sales professionals by modeling our culture and values and defining excellence in account leadership, negotiation, customer relationship building, mentoring, and coaching.
Grow the revenue from the named accounts through upsell on renewals and byidentifyingand closing new multi-million-dollar transformational deals.
Leverage executive relationships and executive sponsors to deepen LinkedIn’s relationships with clients.
Represent both market trends and client need to the Executive and the Product teams to ensure we are both serving current needs well and evolving our portfolio toidentifyfuture client needs.
12+ years of experience in quota-carrying solution-selling roles or equivalent consultative experience
5+ years of experience selling to EVPs and CXOs of Fortune 500 companies or companies with annual revenues exceeding$25 billion
Demonstrated ability to execute on global account strategy plans, structure complex global deals, manage multiple territories and develop business to support growth
Proven experience managing both directly and indirectly through influence and alignment
Experience selling to and influencing EVPs, CXOs and end-users (in the same sales cycle) in both individual and team sale environments
Experience in selling brand new, disruptive technology
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience managing, developing, and inspiring a global account team of sales reps, cross functional partners, and sales support staff
Experience managing global accounts in net new and renewal environments

The pay range for this role is $246,000 to $375,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
