Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructor Trainer to lead the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of global instructor onboarding and development programs.

You will promote globally consistent training practices, support instructor-facing courseware, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and CAE standards. The role collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to drive instructor qualification, standardization, and training excellence while contributing to

Qualifications

• Hold or have previously held ICAO ATPL or CPL.
• Experience delivering instructor training programs and coaching.
• Working knowledge of regulatory training frameworks (EASA Part-FCL, FAA Parts 61/135/142).
• Experience developing and maintaining instructional courseware (lesson plans, presentations, assessments).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate across locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor training programs per Civil Global IDT standards and requirements.
• Apply global instructional standards across all instructor development activities.
• Support instructor development through feedback, coaching, and role modeling.
• Develop and maintain instructor-facing courseware aligned with IDT processes.
