Job summary

Cynosure, LLC. seeks an executive to steer Global Clinical Development and Medical Affairs, guiding evidence strategies across the product lifecycle and collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

The leader will build a world‑class clinical organization, drive scientific excellence, and ensure regulatory and commercial success with physician engagement and real‑world evidence programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA, MPH, or MS) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Company's global Clinical Development and Medical Affairs strategy across innovation, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
• Lead and evolve a high‑performing global clinical organization with scientific excellence, collaboration, and operational rigor.
• Establish global clinical governance, standards, and quality systems across clinical activities.
• Own the global clinical evidence roadmap across the product lifecycle and oversee studies from early feasibility to real‑world evidence.
• Provide scientific leadership for product development, regulatory submissions, and physician education.
• Build and manage a global network of investigators, KOLs, and academic partnerships.
