Qualifications

• 10+ years internal audit leadership experience within financial services.
• 10+ years CFO experience across financial reporting, capital and liquidity, treasury, product control, valuations and tax.
• 5+ years experience managing ECB relationships, regulatory examinations and supervisory engagement.
• 10+ years leading global teams through talent management, succession planning, coaching and capability development.
• 5+ years experience using data analytics, automated testing and exception analysis with governance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global audit strategy, coverage and audit plan for the Chief Finance Office portfolio.
• Oversee audit risk through effective identification, assessment, control, monitoring and reporting of material risks.
• Provide independent assurance that CFO controls are appropriately designed and operate effectively.
• Use data, analytics, trend signals and early indicators to anticipate emerging risks and cross-portfolio impacts.
• Identify strategic themes and root causes, translating audit insight into sustainable improvements.
• Maintain accountability for end-to-end delivery of the global audit plan across teams and regions.
• Define portfolio resources and structure to align with risk priorities.
