Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• PMP certification desirable.
• 8+ years of drug development experience; cell therapy experience a plus.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma/healthcare industries preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams and complex programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Program Teams and sub-teams, managing timelines and budgets for assigned programs.
• Develop integrated development plans and governance documents; support senior leadership.
• Coordinate resource planning and budget forecasting across functions.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with GPL to foster high-performing teams and cross-functional execution.
• Guide governance discussions and prepare for key decision points.
