Job summary

Siegfried, a growing global CDMO, invites applicants for a Packaging Operator role in Irvine, CA. You will pack finished products, operate packaging lines, inspect components, and ensure GMP-compliant documentation and labeling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training provided.
• No prior experience required; pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete training on gowning procedures and entry/exit protocols for production areas.
• Package finished products on packaging lines; set up, assemble/disassemble, and adjust labeling/packaging machinery.
• Visually inspect labels, packaging components, and finished goods for conformity to specifications and quality standards.
• Manually label and package products when automated machinery is unavailable.
• Maintain batch records, forms, logbooks, and related GDP documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and disposal of hazardous waste from packaging operations.
• Assist team members to support production goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment for equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Adhere to SOPs, GMPs, ISO requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
