Takeda in Boston is seeking a Global Category Manager for Market Access, HCP and HCO related spend. You will develop and execute category strategies, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive supplier partnerships to deliver measurable enterprise value.

Responsibilities include shaping demand, leveraging market intelligence and data analytics to identify opportunities, and leading cross-functional collaboration to translate strategies into tangible results for Market Access and payer

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global category strategies across Market Access, HCP and HCO that maximize enterprise value and balance financial performance, innovation, quality, risk, sustainability, and business outcomes.
Act as a strategic business partner to Market Access and related functions, influencing how external spend and supplier capabilities are deployed to support business priorities.
Build a strong understanding of category demand, supplier markets, emerging capabilities and external spend across countries and business units.
Leverage market intelligence, supplier insights, digital capabilities, spend analytics and data-driven decision making to identify opportunities and accelerate value creation.
Partner with stakeholders early in the planning process to help shape requirements, specifications, supplier strategies and commercial models.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate category strategies into measurable business results while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and execution.
