Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies across Market Access, HCP and HCO that maximize enterprise value.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements, supplier strategies and commercial models.
• Own and manage a multi-year category pipeline across strategic sourcing and value opportunities.
• Identify addressable spend and distinguish opportunities from constraining requirements.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations and competitive events across categories.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards and risk management.
