Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Category Manager-Electronic Assemblies in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of category strategy for electronics, including PCBA and Power Management. You will utilize your negotiation skills to manage supplier contracts, drive continuous improvement, and leverage data for optimal sourcing decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience in electronics and assembly. You will work on-site a minimum of 4 days a week to foster collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 4 years.
• Strong knowledge of Electronics & Electronic Assemblies.
