Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Getzville, NY is seeking a Cash and Trade Processing Senior Analyst to manage end-to-end cash management workflows and resolve complex transaction issues.

You will work with Global Billing partners, technology, and finance teams to drive efficiency and accuracy in multi-currency environments. Responsibilities include leading process improvements, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating cross-regional projects to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated cash and trade operations experience & knowledge.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven track record in Operations environment with process improvements.
• Strong MS-Office, VBA and SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with operational processes and process improvements.
• Ensure transactions are executed correctly and compliant with policies.
• Lead the investigation and actioning of transaction services issues.
• Lead transition and stabilization efforts of critical operations functions.
• Cross-train for internal roles and provide back-up coverage as needed.
• Lead/Assist in control, risk, daily activities and projects.
• Perform tasks within established procedures to minimize losses.
