Job summary

Brown Advisory is seeking a proactive Cash Management Analyst to oversee the organization’s money movement strategy and execute all client cash transactions globally. You will manage cash processing, client bill pay, and related activities while collaborating with Operations, Legal and Compliance, IT and Executive Management.

The role requires 2-3 years in finance, a finance or accounting degree, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in a related financial field preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and key stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential material with utmost discretion.

Responsibilities

• Direct cash processing: validate and process client money movements, AML/KYC compliance, and escalation as needed.
• Client bill pay: assist with letter of authorization forms and monitor disbursement of funds.
• Cash management: manage check disbursement, coordinate with client services and custodians, and support system improvements.
