Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Cash Application to own the global cash application function within our Invoice to Cash organization. You will lead the team, own daily operations, KPIs, SLAs, and the automation roadmap to drive a largely touchless process as payment methods evolve.

Collaboration with Treasury, Billing, and Go-to-Market is essential to scale efficiently. You will build a high-performing unit, define roles by region, and set clear targets for accuracy,

Qualifications

• Experience managing a cash application or accounts receivable operations team.
• Ability to scale a cash application function in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the global cash application function and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Build a small, high-leverage team focused on exceptions rather than volume.
• Coach and manage Cash Application Specialists and contractors with clear targets.
• Define operating cadence, queue management, and coverage across time zones.
• Own the automation roadmap for cash application and auto-match rules.
• Act as day-to-day owner of the AR automation platform with Finance Systems and Treasury.
• Champion AI adoption (Claude) to reduce manual work and improve throughput.
• Set and track automation targets and publish performance reporting to leadership.
• Run data-driven analyses to guide automation investments and staffing needs.
• Maintain cash application policies, controls, and procedures with ongoing updates.
