Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years in pharma/healthcare leadership.
• Experience leading global medical strategies and cross-regional teams.
• Strong digital proficiency and data-driven evidence generation.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead global medical strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Own the medical evidence generation strategy across trials, registries, and RWE studies.
• Build relationships with global KOLs, regulators, payers, and disease area teams.
