Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC seeks a Corporate Project Engineering Manager to oversee large or complex capital projects across business units. You will guide engineering staff, coordinate with plants, and support maintenance teams with equipment mods and new installations.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical engineering background, leadership, and project management skills to ensure on-time, within-budget execution and thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering required.
• 8+ years engineering project management and maintenance exposure preferred.
• Large equipment design experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels; OSHA familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects to meet scope, timing and budget.
• Supervise outside contractor personnel and ensure training and practices.
• Coordinate with plants to ensure transfer of ownership and documentation.
• Provide sound engineering input and develop strategies for future improvements.
