Qualifications

• 8+ years quality experience in regulated industry, 3-5 years managing CAPA systems.
• 5+ years QA leadership experience and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global CAPA program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop global and site CAPA teams with clear expectations.
• Serve as the global subject matter expert for CAPA processes.
