Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems—Missile Defense Integration seeks a Computer Operations Analyst for the Global COSA program based at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. You will monitor and maintain C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 environment, provide first-level technical support, and document incidents for leadership.

On-site work only, with a Top Secret clearance preferred to start. Ideal candidates have UNIX/Linux and Windows administration experience, and familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Bash

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of experience, or Master's with 0 years, or 6 years experience as alternative.
• Current 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher required at start.
• Active Top Secret clearance required at application and SCI read-on to start.
• Extensive ops and maintenance experience for large-scale computer/communications systems.
• Experience in UNIX, Linux, and Windows system administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers and troubleshoot local C2BMC-G hardware, software, and networks.
• Document and report events and issues to leadership.
• Receive tasking from leadership for operations, tests, and real-world events.
• Assist with maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.
• Operate and sustain the C2BMC-G environment for operational and training missions.
