Job summary

PIMCO, a global leader in fixed income, seeks a BCM professional to support the Enterprise Risk and Quality Management program. You will help sustain business resilience across the firm, interfacing with management and a broad group of stakeholders, including SSTB, HR, and Office Services.

This role requires BCM experience, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to drive program improvements in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree is a plus.
• 2+ years BCM experience with core pillars (BIA, DR, testing) required.
• Experience with BCM tools (Fusion Risk Management) and industry certs (BCI/DRII) a plus.
• Experience in asset management or related financial services is a plus.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple initiatives and deliver on time.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; curious about AI.

Responsibilities

• BCM Program Operation: support BIA refreshes, testing, and crisis simulations.
• BCM Program Development: help annual assessment and strategic road map.
• ERQM Support: contribute to and support the broader ERQM program.
