Job summary

General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is seeking a Communication Manager for Hope Channel International (HCI) to lead brand implementation, messaging, and donor communications. The role oversees staff/contractors and collaborates across departments to align with mission and global partners.

The position reports to the VP for Advancement & Communication and requires strong English, multi-project management, and a track record in strategic communications with a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in development, marketing or communications fields; may accept relevant experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains HCI’s brand identity across platforms.
• Develops messaging reflecting brand guidelines for organization and global network partners.
• Coordinates unified communication strategy across internal, external, and donor-facing channels.
• Develops donor communications including appeal letters and newsletters.
• Represents HCI at domestic and global events.
