Job summary

Every Home for Christ is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our Global Creative team. You will design high-quality print, digital, and presentation assets for Global Initiatives and the Global Division, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with our mission and values.

The role requires collaboration with the Manager of Global Creative, strong execution skills, and a commitment to timely, reliable design output across diverse contexts and languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience producing high-quality creative work across print and digital formats.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Experience designing for print and digital assets with brand alignment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creative assets for Global Initiatives and the Global Division, including print, digital, and presentation materials.
• Produce materials reflecting brand strategy, theological posture, and excellence; convey mission and Christ-centered values.
• Deliver work with consistency, deadlines, and quality; balance speed with precision.
• Support AI-enabled workflows responsibly and stay aligned with organizational values.
• Collaborate with Global Initiatives staff and other teams to support shared objectives.
• Assist with layout and preparation of materials for multiple contexts, languages, and uses.
• Support curation and review of ministry materials for the Global Resource Hub.
