Job summary

BRCGS, part of the LGC Group, seeks a Corporate Design Manager to lead brand execution across digital and offline channels. You will create high-quality assets, shape brand narratives, and support website updates and video production. This hands-on role requires strong graphic design, storytelling, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Video editing experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, visual communication and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels.
• Develop and evolve the BRCGS brand across all touchpoints.
• Produce video content and support campaigns and events.
• Update and manage website content and CMS assets.
• Collaborate across marketing, commercial and publications teams to deliver projects on time.
• Provide guidance on brand standards and visual identity across the organisation.
