Google is seeking a data-driven professional to own analytics, data infrastructure, and measurement for seller incentives within the Global Business Strategy and Operations team. You will design data pipelines, perform advanced statistical analysis, and collaborate with Strategy, Finance, and Operations to translate problems into data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in statistics, engineering, sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of analytics experience with coding (Python, R, SQL), querying databases, or relevant PhD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics, data infrastructure, and measurement for seller incentives, building data pipelines and tooling for advanced statistical analysis.
• Partner with Strategy, Operations, and Finance to translate business problems into data-driven strategies and decisions.
• Own the full data science life-cycle, using causal inference, predictive modeling, and descriptive analytics to build scalable frameworks.
• Manage ambiguous problems with SQL, R, and Python to create automated data pipelines, BI infrastructure, and dashboards.
• Act as a data storyteller to translate findings into narratives that influence executives and cross-functional teams.
