Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Biosurgery Innovation to join our MedTech Surgery business at the Raritan, NJ site. This global strategic marketing role leads key new product development programs, translates customer needs into differentiated biosurgery solutions, and guides lifecycle planning from concept to launch across regions and markets.

You will collaborate with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to deliver meaningful clinical and economic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
8–10+ years in marketing, product management or related discipline in MedTech/healthcare.
Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing without direct authority.
Strong business/financial acumen with market assessments/forecasts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead global strategic marketing for Biosurgery new product development programs.
Design market research to identify unmet needs and translate insights into requirements.
Partner with Global Strategic Insights, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
Develop robust business cases including market sizing, pricing, and forecasts.
Lead product positioning, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
