Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership directing large-scale scientific, biosecurity, agricultural, or biological manufacturing efforts.
• Senior leadership experience at a federal/state agricultural agency or comparable go-to-market leadership in agtech/life sciences/public health.
• Proven ability to direct senior scientific and operational leaders and set program priorities.
• Strong track record managing stakeholders with government agencies and industry partners.
• Experience managing supply chain, procurement, or logistics for a technical program across multiple countries.
• Experience overseeing facilities or corporate real estate for technical sites.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with government, industry, and scientific audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in entomology, life sciences, agriculture, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NWS program across the US and wider Americas with strategic and operational oversight.
• Direct scientific delivery, program-level planning, and cross-functional execution.
• Coordinate delivery, supply chain, and stakeholder engagement to align with strategic vision.
• Manage facilities and site operations supporting the program's scale and impact.
