Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and report status to management.

• Manage procurement of operating supplies and equipment; control inventory.
• Review batch records and SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and robust change controls.
• Maintain KPI tracking and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Investigate production deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, OSHA, EPA, and other regulations in production.
• Direct involvement in process execution with safe and reliable outcomes.
