Job summary

Pepsi Lipton, in partnership with PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH, seeks a Product Development Scientist to drive end-to-end beverage development for global programs from concept to commercialization. You will own formulation design and work across teams to deliver compliant, high-quality products for LATAM and global markets.

Qualifications

B.S. in Food Science or related discipline required.
3+ years’ lab-based experience in food/beverage development.
CPG experience with end-to-end product development and scale-up.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development for global innovation programs from concept to commercialization.
Own formulation design and translate briefs into robust, scalable solutions.
Design and execute experimental programs including lab development, testing, and shelf-life validation.
Lead product scale-up, pilot and factory trials for successful implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality products.
