This is a remote role, and the desired candidate will work in a team environment, supporting client projects of low to moderate complexity, with a primary focus on multinational employee benefits. Responsibilities of this role, include assisting clients with mandatory and statutory programs as well as international health and welfare programs (e.g., life, accident, disability, workers’ compensation, medical, dental, vision, and EAP), retirement plans, leaves, incentives, perquisites, multinational pooling, and other HR-related matters.The role involves conducting research, preparing recommendations for the consulting team, and supporting the delivery of the agreed-upon service plan through detailed analysis, reporting, and presentation work. The Analyst gathers data from a range of sources, analyzes and interprets information, identifies implications, develops potential solutions, and evaluates the impact of each option.This position offers the opportunity to build technical expertise - particularly in global employee benefits - and serves as a solid foundation and steppingstone for a career in Global Employee Benefits and International Insurance**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Conduct benefits inventories, gather and analyze data, and prepare client reports and presentations.* Develop deliverables such as renewal reports, employee benefit summaries, benchmarking analyses, compliance audits, global broker RFPs, multinational pooling studies, and other materials supporting the management of global benefit programs – collaborating with a Consultant, Senior Consultant and Client Service Team (CST)* Partner with the CST and local country brokers to design and implement new benefit plans or update existing programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with the client’s market strategy.* Provide ongoing project management support, including scheduling and participating in conference calls or webinars and managing correspondence with corporate, regional, and local HR/finance teams, brokers, carriers, payroll providers, and other vendor partners.* Research and respond to a wide range of international HR and benefits-related inquiries from internal colleagues and external clients, leveraging data sources, global resources, and local contacts.* Collaborate with team members to evaluate client issues and develop technically sound recommendations and reports.* Manage multiple client projects with appropriate oversight to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.* Contribute ideas to enhance internal processes, products, and overall operational effectiveness.* Stay current on relevant legislation, emerging regulations, and market trends.* Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.* Express a willingness to learn and advocate for client’s best interest.**Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:*** Specialized knowledge in global benefits, business and | or international insurance* Exposure to Finance, Tax, and Legal* Fluency in foreign languages is desirable; not required.* Client account management experience | customer success roles* Insurance brokerage license in State of Residence (including Health and Life/Accident) not required but beneficial to have.* Communication: Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives across multiple sectors.* Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment while managing competing priorities.* Professionalism: Demonstrated integrity, accuracy, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.* Presentation: Polished and professional presence with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.* Travel (1-2 times a year): Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.**Education, Training and Experience:*** Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ experience required in an analytical role and/or international benefits.* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Office Products* Knowledge of database systems and their functionalities* Skillful research abilities* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a cross-functional Client Service Team* Detail oriented and solid organizational skills.* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills* Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion.The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $70,000 to $90,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
