Job summary

SHEGLAM is seeking a Digital Designer II (Graphic Design Specialist) to join the CREATIVE team. You will craft compelling visuals for e-commerce and global audiences, ensuring consistency with SHEGLAM and SHEGLAM HAIR brand identity across platforms.

The role requires creativity, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on beauty, trends, and packaging visuals. A strong portfolio and proficiency in design tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing versatile design across digital, packaging, and posters.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with project management software (Asana, Wrike, Jira).
• Strong creative thinking and ability to develop innovative design concepts.
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present briefs clearly.
• Team-oriented with collaboration skills; multi-project management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with video editing (After Effects, Premiere) and UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering tools for packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create design assets for digital graphics, print materials, ads, social visuals, websites, emails, and presentations for global markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver on-brand solutions.
• Ensure visual identity consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain design files for accessibility and version control.
• Conceptualize, create, edit, and resize videos with the team for social and ads.
• Assist on-site during photo/video shoots to maintain brand consistency.
• Track trends and campaigns to guide strategy and creative direction.
• Review website design and brand guidance; incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Visit local beauty stores to stay updated on packaging and shelf design.
