The Loan Management team is a business unit within the Global Markets Division (GMD), primarily supporting the Mortgage Loan Trading and Structured Finance desks. The team is a multi-faceted diligence and asset management platform specializing in whole loan acquisition, sales, securitizations, and financing opportunities. The Loan Management team has product expertise across mortgages, consumer loans, real estate and warehouse financing.
The Whole Loan Execution Group (WLEG) includes the Document Collateral, Repurchase and Deal Management teams which manage post-settle trade management. WLEG is seeking a Collateral Management Analyst/Associate to support the Mortgage Loan Trading Desks and Loan Management in mitigating post settle risk by coordinating document collateral exception curative efforts to ensure proper servicing and the salability of the loans acquired. The successful candidate would be responsible for managing a significant pipeline of settled deals to ensure proper vendor oversight and client relations with a goal of clearing all outstanding document deficiencies within the contractual timelines.
