Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Vice President, Sales to develop and maintain relationships with major institutional investors and key clients across regions, client segments, and asset classes. The role involves assisting clients with their digital transformation, promoting the firm’s Marquee Platform, and providing strategic advice on technology and digital solutions. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to gather market intelligence, analyze industry trends, and enhance the investor experience, all while staying current on industry regulations and market dynamics in the FinTech sector.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors and clients, assisting with digital transformation initiatives.
  2. Set up clients on the Marquee Platform, educate on offerings, and support integration and troubleshooting.
  3. Partner with franchise teams to identify investment opportunities aligned with client strategies.
  4. Organize meetings, conferences, and events for client engagement.
  5. Collaborate internally to gather market intelligence, investor feedback, and industry trends.
  6. Maintain awareness of industry regulations, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in global markets, investor relations, investment banking, or related FinTech roles.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and FinTech industry trends.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools, organizational and project management skills, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Python, Jira, Confluence, Rest API, AI, Big Data, and Cloud technologies.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (5-10%).
Compensation and Benefits

Annual base salary ranges from $177,000 to $400,000.
