Job Title: Associate, Confirmations
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Job Duties:

• Match trades and monitor for exceptions in the Markitwire booking system to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate on automation projects to improve matching scope and performance.
• Manage risks related to Corporate Action events.
• Perform process enhancements to improve team performance.
• Allocate trades to relevant client accounts for accurate counterparty exposure.
• Work with Sales and Trading Teams to improve booking flows, reducing manual intervention.
• Reconcile Listed Options and Equity OTC trades to ensure accurate risk capture.
• Monitor and resolve unmatched Equity Derivative OTC trades daily to mitigate risk.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding Equity Derivative OTC trades, providing feedback.
• Review trade bookings in the internal system against client or internal recaps.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Political Science, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in trade booking reviews, confirming Equity Derivative OTC trades, reconciliation supporting Sales or Trading desks, and proposing system enhancements.
• At least one (1) year experience with trade confirmation platforms, including Markitwire.
