Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced AML/CFT Manager to join its Global Banking Risk Consulting Practice. The role focuses on leading projects, overseeing fieldwork, interpreting findings, and presenting to client stakeholders within a dynamic, diverse team environment.

You will draw on extensive AML/CFT experience, drive remediation plans, and mentor teams while supporting business development and client relations across global banking clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive AML/CFT/Sanctions knowledge and internal controls concepts.
• Experience leading projects with milestones and timelines.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage multiple client projects.
• Strong communication across senior management and client stakeholders.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line project work and oversee fieldwork execution.
• Interpret and present findings during client exit meetings.
• Review work papers to support conclusions and remediation guidance.
• Develop and present risk assessments and remediation plans to clients.
• Manage project economics, billing, and client expectations.
• Lead closing meetings with clients and ensure delivery of scope.
