Job summary

RSM is seeking an AML/CFT Manager for our Global Banking Risk Consulting Practice in the United States. You will lead projects, oversee fieldwork, and present findings to client stakeholders across three lines of defense.

You'll draw on deep AML/CFT experience to assess internal controls, develop remediation plans, and mentor teams while delivering practical, value-driven solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of AML/CFT/Sanctions internal controls concepts.
• Experience interpreting AML/CFT/Sanctions policies in global banking.
• Experience consulting with client leadership on strategic plans.
• Ability to assess internal controls design and operational effectiveness and provide remediation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, oversee fieldwork, and present findings to client stakeholders across three lines of defense.
• Review work papers and support conclusions, and present results in client meetings.
• Lead formal closing meetings with clients and manage project economics, including billing and collections.
• Model the core values and collaborate across levels to deliver innovative solutions.
