Job summary

StandardAero (San Antonio) Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to lead facilities and energy-efficiency initiatives. You will coordinate construction timelines, obtain drawings, and guide internal engineering efforts across global sites.

The role emphasizes ESG projects and continuous improvement, with remote support and travel up to 30%. The position requires a mechanical/related engineering degree and 2 years of project-based experience, plus strong coordination and compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field as listed.
• 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or related role.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities projects end-to-end.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and coordinating trades.
• Knowledge of environmental, fire, health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis for capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and timelines for construction and site implementation projects.
• Obtain drawings and approvals through consulting services.
• Provide internal engineering guidance.
• Lead ESG initiatives including GreenERmro energy efficiency.
• Identify and develop energy and operational savings projects.
• Oversee trades and contractors for project and maintenance work.
• Execute projects as Project Manager, solo or in teams.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility systems for maintenance support.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance opportunities.
• Provide remote support to 30+ sites worldwide.
• Provide after-hours remote support.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
