Qualifications

Experience testing and troubleshooting commercial AV systems.
Familiarity with control systems and digital signal processing (DSP).
Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, routers/switches).
Willingness to travel frequently (domestic + international).
Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Commission AV Systems and verify full functionality of sound, video, and control systems.
Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize downtime.
Verify and configure label connections, IP-addressable devices, and complete detailed handovers.
Travel frequently to support installations locally and internationally.
Work with clients to ensure the finished system meets expectations.
