Job summary

Yazaki North America seeks a senior Program Manager to lead Stellantis-related initiatives in Canton, MI. You will drive multi-functional teams through concept, launch and ongoing program phases, aligning with financial targets and customer requirements.

The role requires managing complex portfolios, coordinating international teams, and ensuring GPMS/PPAP-compliant processes while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or adjacent discipline required.
• 4 years of applicable experience in engineering, sales, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive preferred.
• Ability to travel locally, domestically & internationally.
• On-call availability and extended hours during critical events may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategies aligned with business plans.
• Lead cross-functional program teams to ensure execution and deliverables.
• Manage scope, scheduling, and budget planning for all program phases.
• Coordinate and track engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and launch activities.
• Oversee multiple complex projects and ensure timely delivery and milestone alignment.
• Lead communication with customers and executive leadership; report KPI metrics.
